With over 30 years of nursing experience spanning clinical care, case management, and leadership — including distinguished service with the U.S. Army National Guard — Dr. Mona Journiette-Glenn, DNP, RN is the Founder and CEO of Regal Seniors Resources, LLC, a premier concierge nursing agency dedicated to helping seniors live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Dr. Mona's lifelong passion for eldercare began with her grandfather’s influence and has been supported every step of the way by her father, daughter, and family. Beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she advanced through every level of nursing — LPN, RN, MSN, and DNP — gaining extensive experience in acute care, oncology, orthopedics, medical-surgical, emergency medicine, military health, ambulatory care, home health, and nephrology.
